Physical Efficiency Test 

For Male Candidates: 

Running : 1500 mtrs in 7 minutes 

Fireman's Lift : carry a 60 kg dommy for 25 meter in 60 seconds 

Long Jump : 3.8 meters (best of 3 attempts) 

100 meter running : with in 15 Seconds (Spiked Shoes are not allowed) 

For Female Candidates: 

Running : 800 mtrs in 4 minutes 

Fireman's Lift : carry a 50 kg dommy for 25 meter in 75 seconds 

Long Jump : 3.5 meters (best of 3 attempts) 

100 meter running : with in 17 Seconds (Spiked Shoes are not allowed)
